<b>Cara-cara </b><br />
1. Menggunakan mixer, pukul bhn A - mentega dengan gula sehingga kembang.<br />
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu.<br />
3. Masukkan bhn B - campuran NESCAFE dan esen2. Pukul sebati dan keluarkan mixer.<br />
4. Peringkat ini, gunakan senduk kayu - masukkan bhn C - tepung sedikit demi sedikit ke dalam adunan. Cara menggunakan senduk kayu begini: pegang senduk dan pusingkan senduk kayu satu arah sahaja perlahan2, dan sambil memusing senduk tu, menggunakan jari, putarkan batang senduk kayu.<br />
5. Masukkan bhn D - air sejuk sambil di gaul perlahan2 - juga gunakan senduk kayu perlahan2.<br />
6. Bakar dalam loyang 9" persegi yang telah di minyakkan dan di alas kertas dengan suhu 170C selama 50-60 minit.<br />
7. Biarkan sejuk betul2 sebelum keluarkan dari loyang. Kek mesti sejuk betul sebelum bubuh topping<br />
8. Nota: UNTUK LEBIH MOIST – Sila kuks kek selama 1 ½ jam dan tutup loyang dengan aluminium foil.<br />

1 s/k baking powder<br />
1/2 s/k soda bikarbonat<br />
50 gm serbuk koko<br />
180 gm gula perang<br />

2 biji telur<br />
1 s/k esen vanila<br />

<b>Bahan C</b><br />
200 ml susu cair atau susu segar<br />
200 ml minyak mazola atau minyak sayuran biasa<br />
200 mi air panas<br />

<b>Cara</b><br />
1. Gaulkan semua bahan A dalam mangkuk supaya rata.<br />
2. Pukul Bahan B dalam mangkuk berasingan. Masukkan dalam mangkuk bahan A. Kacau rata.<br />
3. Masukkan Bahan C dalam adunan bahan A. Kacau rata.<br />
4. Panaskan kukusan dan lapikkan kertas minyak dalam loyang 8 x 8 inci.<br />
5. Masukkan adunan dalam loyang dan kukuskan selama 1 jam dgn api sederhana. Lapkan tudung kukusan sebelum tutup semula.<br />
6. Bila telah masak buka tudung kukusan perlahan supaya air tidak menitik keatas kek.<br />
7. Hiaskan dengan cream coklat.<br />

300 gm coklat masakan [potong kecil]<br />
50 gm fresh cream<br />
<br />
<b>Cara.</b><br />
1. Panaskan coklat didalam periuk secara double boiling.<br />
2. Bila nampak coklat hampir cair tutup api.<br />
3. Masukkan fresh cream dan kacau sebati sehingga agak sejuk<br />
4.
